When placing an order with Custom Cake Cakery, please consider/review the following......
- For price quote please complete the form below and be sure to provide complete details and a member of the team will contact you via phone/email within 24 hours.
- The order form should always be your 1st contact to ensure we have all of your preferred details, it also holds your place of request as we do book up very quickly.
- Once a cake is picked up, Custom Cake Cakery are no longer responsible for any damages to the cake. We are more than happy to assist with how to properly transport your order. And every order is boxed with a Cake Care card.
- Always try to be as detailed as possible when sending your inquiry/request.
- We require at least 2 weeks in advance notice for all cakes requiring edible images and custom additions to your cake. These items require processing time as well as sculpting time and cannot be produced overnight.
- All orders require a 50% deposit with the remaining due 2 weeks prior to your event. Under NO circumstances will this be changed in any situation. If your order is placed last minute within 2 weeks of the due date, the full payment is due within 24 hours of booking your preferred date.
- In the event of unforeseen/beyond control circumstances refunds are not issued, deposits and full order payments are used to prepare for your requested cake design.
- All cake order request have to be paid in full prior to pick or delivery no exceptions. If within 24 hours of remaining balances due your deposit will be retained for purchased ingredients/supplies and order cancelled.

As a cake designer, I can assure you that your order is handled according to food safety guidelines, using quality ingredients, and prepared to withstand minor movements. Unfortunately, I cannot retain liability due to any unforeseen weather conditions.
